Each item from myallindianshop is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and crafted with care — which means we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact@myallindianshop.com with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps. If a return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide return labels.
Important: We cannot honor claims made after the 2-day window or for items that show signs of use.
